Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not quite satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return your order within 30 days of purchase. We just ask that all products are unworn, in new condition with swing tags attached, and any packaging included.

For peace of mind during the holiday period, orders placed from 27 November are eligible for return until 12 January.

*For full price items or items on a limited-time promotion – the product can be returned online or in store for a full refund. We can offer exchanges, refunds, or store credit at any DECJUBA stores.


*For sale items – while we do not offer returns, we are happy for you to pop in store for an exchange or store credit.
